Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Witness AI collects, why, and the choices you have. It is maintained by the app owner.
Data we collect
Account data: your email address, display name and (optionally) avatar you provide via sign-in.
Content data: prompts, uploaded reference images or sketches, and assets generated on your behalf.
Usage data: credit ledger entries, feature usage events, and diagnostic logs used to operate the service.
Payment data: order and subscription metadata returned by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
How we use it
To provide the service — authenticate you, run AI generations, store your projects, and maintain your credit balance.
To improve reliability and prevent abuse.
To send transactional emails (billing receipts, security notifications). We do not send marketing emails without opt-in.
Processors and integrations
Hosting, database, auth and storage: Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure).
AI models: Google Gemini and Veo family, accessed via our AI gateway.
Payments: Razorpay for subscriptions and top-ups (India-based processor). Razorpay processes card and UPI details directly.
Retention
Account, project and ledger data are retained until you delete your account.
Uploaded reference images and generated assets are stored in your private storage bucket and remain until you delete them or close your account.
To request export or deletion, email support@witness-ai.com. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies and local storage strictly to maintain your signed-in session and remember UI preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel and audited.
No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to support@witness-ai.com.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting support. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (e.g. GDPR/DPDP), those rights apply.
