Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Witness AI, a creative AI workspace for images, video, and storytelling. By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Credits and plans
Credits are a prepaid license to use AI features inside Witness AI. They have no cash value and are not transferable.
Subscription plans grant a monthly credit allowance and access to plan-specific features. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated on the pricing page.
Top-up credit packs are added to your balance immediately and remain usable until your account is closed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, depicts minors in a sexual context, promotes hatred or violence, or attempts to impersonate real individuals without consent.
You agree not to reverse-engineer the service, resell API access, or use automated means to abuse credit allowances.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. Contact support@witness-ai.com to appeal.
Ownership of generated assets
Subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, you retain ownership of the assets you generate for your own commercial and personal use.
You are responsible for ensuring that inputs you upload (photos, sketches, references) are yours to use.
Service availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected; review before use.
Witness AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
